89%

of procedures in Latin America are still done in person. And an in-person procedure costs government up to 40 times more than a digital one.

Use cases

What you can digitize in your agency

What comes in at the front desk and what moves internally, on the same engine.

Citizen requests and permits

Citizen intake, routing across departments and approval, with evidence at every step.

Internal memos and processes

Requisitions, approvals and reports across areas: automatic routing with role-based permissions and an audit trail of every step.

Censuses and social programs

Door-to-door collection in communities with no signal, full offline catalogs and a duplicate-free registry from the first record.

Inspections and verifications

Construction, businesses and public spaces: photo, GPS and on-site signature, even with no signal.

Citizen reports and support

Report intake, routing to the responsible department and close-out with evidence; citizens check status with a tracking code.

Surveys, consultations and registrations

A public form with an access code or kiosk mode at the front desk, and instant results.

Field crews and territory days

Hundreds of points capturing at once: progress by zone and by crew, GPS routes and a board with the real-time cutoff.

The journey

The form is only step 1 of 9

This is how a request moves once it enters at intake.

Intake

Intake · office

Intake captures the request with its documents and issues a tracking code.

What FORXYA orchestrates: evidence and audit at every step

Validation

Analyst · office

The file is reviewed for completeness and anything missing is flagged.

3

Routing

Automatic

The file leaves intake and appears in the technical area. Zero emails, zero phone calls.

4

Assessment

Technical area

The technical team reviews eligibility and records its assessment. The form shifts: each role sees and edits only its own fields.

5

Field verification

Field crew · territory

On-site visit with photo, GPS location and signature, even with no signal. Syncs once coverage returns.

6

Authorization

Management

Leadership reviews and approves from the web or their phone, wherever they are; or sends it back with comments.

7

Resource allocation

Administration

The allocated support and its proof of delivery are recorded, with a clear deadline.

8

Delivery

Delivery · territory

Receipt with signature and evidence. The requester-facing status updates on its own.

9

Audit

Traceability

Every field-level change is logged with user and timestamp, ready to audit.

This journey already runs every day. Yours will have as many steps as it needs, configurable without code.

Form tools stop at step 1. FORXYA orchestrates the whole process — whether it has 9 steps or 50.

Hundreds of points capturing. One live board.

Every submission from the field updates the board instantly. Real-time cutoffs all through the day, no waiting on consolidated files.

Up and running

It's already up and running. Here's what changed.

FORXYA runs the intake of requests, routing across departments and field capture of a real operation, every day. These are the changes the team itself reported after putting it into operation.

Before, a request moved along and nobody knew where it stalled. Today the bottleneck has a name.

Build vs buy

The familiar alternative: commissioning a custom-built system

Every change in a custom-built system costs weeks and thousands of dollars, and ties you to the vendor.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can FORXYA digitize and automate a government agency or department?
Yes: FORXYA covers the operational layer of digital government. It digitizes and automates the procedures, censuses and internal processes of agencies, departments and municipalities: front-desk intake, automatic routing across areas, field capture and resolution with an audit trail of every step. It is not a full e-government portal (no online payments or legally binding electronic signature); it integrates with your systems via REST API and webhooks, and is up and running in weeks.
Is FORXYA a SaaS or a custom build?
It is a SaaS (software as a service). You subscribe to the platform, which is already built and running; you configure it to your operation with no code and it is ready in weeks. It is not a custom build: no months-long project, no dependence on a vendor for every change, and platform improvements reach you automatically. The custom-built system is, in fact, the alternative FORXYA replaces.
Who owns the data, and how is it protected?
The data belongs to your organization. It is encrypted on the device with AES-256 and travels over TLS 1.3. Every change is kept in an immutable field-level history, with user and timestamp, ready for an audit review. Permissions are set by role, and even per field depending on the process state: each department sees and edits only what belongs to it.
Does it work in communities with no signal?
Yes. Field capture is offline-first: forms, photos, signature, GPS and full catalogs work without internet, and everything syncs on its own once coverage returns. It is the scenario it was designed for: censuses, on-site verifications and field teams.
Does FORXYA integrate with other systems?
Yes. FORXYA supports outbound webhooks that can connect to any external system. Automatic triggers can send emails, create tasks, and call external APIs based on field values or state changes. Third-party integrations are planned.
How long does it take to implement FORXYA?
Minutes. Create your first form in the visual editor, publish it, and your team has it available on web, iOS, and Android instantly. No server setup, data migration, or technical configuration required. Your organization can be up and running the same day.
How can I see a demo?
Fill out the contact form and we'll schedule a personalized demo where we show you how FORXYA solves your specific use case. We'll walk you through all features live with real data. We respond within 24 hours.

A form is the start. FORXYA is the full journey.
